Abs (Hard)

Here's an hard abs workout plan:

1-Wheeled Abs-25 reps.

2-Triangle Abs-25 reps.

3-Crossed Abs-60 reps.

Repeat it and then:

4-Wheeled Abs-25 reps.

5-Lifting Bar Abs-20 reps. (each)
