2-Bar Lifts-25

3-Regular Push-ups-25

4-Bar Lifts-20

5-Regular Push-ups-20

6-Bar Lifts-15

7-Regular Push-ups-15

8-Bar Lifts-10

9-Regular Push-ups-10

10-Bar Lifts-5

Try to do the Regular Push-ups with your feet on top of a bench.
